What credit cards do you accept? We accept, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card transactions are processed within 5 business days. Can I pay by check? Checks cannot be processed online. Checks are made payable to American Red Cross Delmarva Peninsula. Checks should indicate the name of the event (i.e. Nouveau Beaujolais 4 tickets) in the memo field. Checks are to be mailed to: American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula 100 West 10th Street Suite 501 Wilmington, De 19801 What are the store hours that I can make purchases online? You may register online and make your ticket purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to talk with someone in Customer Service, please call during normal business hours: 8:30am-4:30pm. When will I receive my tickets? All tickets will be mailed out first class within 5 business days. |
